I think on some of the things you say about yourself (Wow. Imagine that). A thought I had from last stream: One thing I've seen when training high performing professionals is how confidence cultivates from within. (1/4)

For example, I can remind someone of all their accomplishments earned and compliments received, but that won't convince said individual upfront. Doubt lingers. Though, I still think there is value hearing someone else's acknowledgement because (2/4)
