Daily Chattini lore #12 As of today, over 350k Chattini are living within the basement. Due to the constant lack of space on the surface,

most new Chattini had their surface residency revoked mainly for 'expressing interest towards Jetpack', while still have the rights to access the surface.

The 'council' (see past lore} maintains the current number of surface residence as it is unlikely that it will get an expansion,

and only the 'pure' Chattini would have the honor to live up top, or even near Raora in her room. (Basement)
